We require 48 hours notice custom orders due to the individual uniqueness of each order. For standard orders, we request that you give 24 hours notice.

All orders can be requested through our CONTACT US section of the website. Once your order has been confirmed through e-mail confirmation and invoicing, you will then be guided to pay your deposit on our site via Pay Pal.. You may also call in your order to (877)300-9872.

Our Corporate office is located in Laurel, Maryland

If you are in MD/DC/VA your order can be personally delivered to you with a delivery charge or you may choose to pick it up. If out of the state, USPS, Fed Ex, and UPS and additional shipping charges will apply.
Delivery Options: Shipping rates vary by order due to size and weight. You will be given the choice and cost of all available shipping methods during check out.

You can recycle your baskets from your previous order and receive a $5.00 discount on your next order.

Colors and gender may always be substituted at your request. We prefer to limit the substituting of products for our customer favorites basket treats. Basket Treats does reserve the right to substitute items with or without prior consent due to a variety of reasons that we may occasionally run out of a specific item. More is usually on the way but sometimes there are additional delays from vendors. This situation does not occur often but when it does we will
express our right to substitute a product of equal or greater value; as per our policy, it is almost always the latter.
